In consonance with the basic mission of PTGWO to organize workers into collective representation, the Servicing and CBA Department directly attends to the needs of all local union affiliates, represent members in negotiation of collective bargaining and providing other services such as Grievances, Labor-Management, Industrial Disputes, and Legitimate Complaints before the Office of the Secretary, Department of Labor and Employment, NLRC and national and international affairs.
